The bicycle repair shop in this lesson is fictional. Its policies are examples, not promises for your business. JoggAI was used for the presenter production; the lesson's drafting process is not tied to a particular writing assistant.
Follow the steps
1. Choose three useful questions
Review your enquiries and pick questions that help a customer decide what to do next. Remove names, contact details and private information.
2. Confirm the answer sheet
Write one approved answer for each question. Ask the person responsible for your services, pricing or delivery to confirm it. Mark unknown details for review.
3. Draft within clear boundaries
Give your writing assistant only the approved answers. Request a forty-five-second draft in plain language. Explicitly forbid invented prices, timelines, guarantees or services.
4. Check every sentence
Compare the draft with the approved answer sheet. Read it aloud, remove jargon and make the next action clear.
5. Build and review the video
Show one question at a time, use relevant illustrations and legible captions, then check the result on a phone with and without sound.
6. Keep the answer current
Use the correct contact method and update the video when your policies change. Track observed viewing and enquiry results without promising a particular outcome.
