Clear Desk Support is fictional. This is a real copy-drafting and review lesson, not a new website build. Actual browser captures are enlarged for teaching. Website functionality and form delivery need separate testing.
Follow the steps
1. Prepare your fact sheet
Define the audience, offer, services and facts you can support. Clear Desk Support is a fictional training example.
2. Write a specific prompt
Give Claude the business facts, page structure and boundaries. Ask for useful copy without invented promises.
3. Review the actual draft
Check each claim against the fact sheet. The lesson catches unsupported wording in the real first response.
4. Give a targeted correction
Explain exactly what is wrong and review the corrected hero before accepting it.
5. Map copy to page blocks
Prepare the headline, service sections and a button with a clear destination.
6. Test separately before launch
Copy approval does not verify website functionality or enquiry delivery. Use the six-page workbook to complete your review.
